| Abstract: | The work is devoted to the evaluation of reproducibility and homogenity of the glow ischargeplasma polarizationproces of polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF) film. The experiment withfourrepetitionsofthepolarization processatadischargevoltage of 13 kV, acurrentdensity of 20 pA/cm 2 and apressure of 1.2 Pafor 1.5 minutesis performed . The effect of samplelocationon the anode during the polarizationprocess effectonfinalvaluepiezores ponseis observed.
