dc.description.abstractThe analysis of number of control elements forbimorph deformable mirror to increase the efficiencycompensation of low-order aberrations is performed. As acriterion the accuracy of Zernike polynomials generation isinvestigated. It was shown that the 61 electrodes in keystonegeometry provides the optimal efficiency of reproducibility oforthogonal polynomials.ru
