| Abstract: | The wavefront aberrations induced by the heatflows or quality of the optical elements can deteriorate awireless communication link. In this paper we discuss the useof bimorph adaptive mirrors to improve the focusing of laserradiation inside the pinhole that emulates the optical fiber. Thecriterion of focusing efficiency is the fraction of the energy ofthe laser radiation passing through the pinhole located in thefocal plane of the focusing lens. |
