dc.description.abstractA three-stage method for synthesizing titaniumdioxide microscrolls with periodic structure is developed.Initially, a porous film is formed by laser ablation, followed bydoping with linear carbon chains stabilized by goldnanoparticles via Spraying-Jet method. Finally, microscrollsare created by the blading method. The structure of thesamples is dendritic and periodic, with determined sizes ofstructural elements. Electrophysical properties are studied,revealing photoelectric activity with quantum efficiency up to46% under optimized conditions. A Schottky diode model isproposed with an error of no more than 10%. The study alsocompares with copper and iron nanoparticle-doped systems,finding them as viable alternatives.ru
