| Abstract: | The work analyzes what functions legislative commentaries have. For this purpose, comment texts from commentaries on the Reich Penal Code published between 1910 and 1920 are compared. General statements on comment functions are derived from the analysis results and norm-related differences are identified. В работе анализируется, какие функции выполняют комментарии к закону. Для этого сравниваются тексты комментариев из комментариев к Уголовному кодексу Рейха, опубликованных между 1910 и 1920 годами.
