The HANDBGCHER series ON LINGUISTICS AND COMMUNICATION STUDIES has opened up a field of knowledge that includes both general linguistics and the special, philologically oriented linguistics as well as those fields of science that have developed in recent decades from the increasingly extensive research on the various phenomena of communicative action.
