The Strategy of High-Tech Complex Development According to the Knowledge-Based Economy Principles in the Plurinational State of Bolivia

Abstract

The object of the study is the strategy to development of the high tech in the center for research and development in nuclear technology in the Plurinational State of Bolivia with reference to human capital. The purpose of thesis is to provide support to managers of the new nuclear facility in their human resource training to sustain and to improve nuclear facility performance.The thesis is expertise the possibility of application of multi-criteria evaluation method to choose the most effective method of financing the operating activity of the investigation's center.A model procedure was suggested to rank the sources of knowledge according to the international norms, criteria in order to determine the most effective method. The proposed approach can be applied to solve the problems of choosing methods more appropriate.
