| Abstract: | When testing a gas turbine engine, it is important to consider the factors that effect the result of the engine parameters. When measuring the engine thrust it is important to take into account the external conditions, drag, which are created by the box systems and engine buildup.In this paper, the operating process of a small-sized gas turbine engine in a closed test cell with an ejector exhaust nozzle was considered. The thrust of the engine with and without the exhaust ejector nozzle was calculated using numerical simulation of the operating process and a thermo-gas dynamic model of the engine. For comparison, experiments were carried out on a small-sized gas turbine engine with a thrust of 190 and 300 N. |
