dc.description.abstract	В статье рассматриваются историко-культурные предпосылки становления в Советской России политической системы, обозначаемой термином «партократия». Анализируются причины неустойчивости советской политической системы и действия власти, приведшие к распаду СССР. The article examines historical and cultural preconditions of formation in the Soviet Russia of the political system, denoted by the term “partocracy”. The causes of the instability of the Soviet political system and the government's actions that led to the collapse of the Soviet Union are analyzed.
