Особенности механизма финансирования ремонта боевой авиационной техники

Abstract

Исследуется механизм финансирования затрат связанных со всеми видами ремонта боевой авиационной техники в мирное время и при ведении боевых действий. На примере ремонта боевой авиационной техники рассматриваются финансовые проблемы, связанные с обеспечением войсковых частей запасными частями и расходными материалами для ремонта боевой авиационной части как в воинской части, так и при невозможности ее эвакуации на месте вынужденной посадки. The mechanism of financing the costs associated with all types of repair of military aircraft in peacetime and in the conduct of hostilities is being investigated. On the example of the repair of military aviation equipment, financial problems are considered related to the provision of military units with spare parts and consumables for the repair of a combat aviation unit both in a military unit and when it is impossible to evacuate it at the site of an emergency landing. Algorithms of contractual relations between aircraft repair enterprises (industrial enterprises) and the customer, represented by the structures of the Ministry of Defense, are proposed in matters of overhaul and military repair of military aviation equipment.Предлагаются алгоритмы контрактных отношений между авиаремонтными предприятиями (предприятиями промышленности) и заказчиком, в лице структур министерства обороны в вопросах осуществления капитального и войскового ремонта боевой авиационной техники.
