Abstract

The paper focuses on the problem of space opera and epic fantasy genre distinction as reflected in the concepts employed in their title microtexts. The paper argues that though the inventory of concepts is rather similar, the distinctions can be traced both in the inventory of concepts themselves and in the concepts semes actualized in these microtexts.
