Abstract

At this meeting it would be desirable to pay attention to such subject as "Crisis tendencies of development of the right and legal regulation at the present stage". In this article it will be told about the concept "right crisis" and about his some most important tendencies. As the main crisis tendencies of the right it is possible to allocate violation of balance between social and legislative regulation, legal romanticism and need of filtration of legislative initiatives, need of increasing knowledge of society for the legislative sphere.
