«Тактический обман» как нетрадиционный тактический прием в деятельности следователя

Abstract

The article analyzes such a method of achieving the investigator's goal in the investigation and disclosure of the crime as "investigative cunning" or "tactical deception", as well as answers to questions about whether such a tactic is a legitimate and morally justified means of implementing the tasks and objectives of criminal proceedings, what are its criteria and limits of use. In conclusion, the author puts forward the idea of legislative regulation of the use of extraordinary tactical techniques in departmental tactical recommendations, containing explanations about when and under what conditions they can act as means of activity.
