| Abstract: | The article makes an attempt to classify the meanings of derivative spatial adjectives in the English language taking into consideration the type of spatial relation they denote. Derivative spatial adjectives make a significant part of the system of spatial adjectives. They have been analyzed according to the type of spatial situation they are involved in. |
