Гендерный подход к формированию социальной компетентности в процессе изучения иностранного языка

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме учета гендерных особенностей при формировании социально значимых компетенций в ходе обучения кадет иностранному языку. Автор даёт обоснование необходимости учета гендерных особенностей при работе в однополом учебном заведении закрытого типа, каковым является Оренбургское президентское кадетское училище. Особое внимание уделяется вопросу психологической адаптации личности к другому языковому миру с целью преодоления психологических барьеров. Подчёркивается значимость приобщения кадет к естественной языковой среде для включения в активный диалог культур, воспринимая себя как субъекта этого диалога. Обучение кадет иностранному языку рассматривается в качестве одного из эффективных средств достижения данной цели. Автор приводит описание направлений формирования социально-компетентностной личности кадет и делится опытом, наработанным кафедрой иностранных языков Оренбургского президентского кадетского училища. The article covers the problem of gender peculiarities that should be taking into account in the process of the formation of socially important competences in the course of cadet teaching a foreign language. The author gives a justification for the need to consider gender characteristics when working in a closed-type, single-sex educational institution, such as the Orenburg President cadet school. Particular attention is paid to the issue of psychological adaptation of the individual to another language world in order to overcome psychological problems. The importance of accustoming the cadets to the natural language environment for inclusion in the active dialogue of cultures, perceiving themselves as the subject of this dialogue, is emphasized. The cadet's training in a foreign language is regarded as one of the effective means to achieve this goal. The author gives a description of the directions of the social-competent personality formation and shares the experience gained by the Department of Foreign Languages of the Orenburg presidential cadet school.
