Abstract:	Creating the structure of ordered clusters of plasma coating enhances performance properties of coatings. This structure facilitates the localization of fatigue cracks and prevent their further spread. The simulation of the formation of such a structure, which allows to determine the optimal modes of deposition of different materials.
