Abstract: In work the results of computer simulation of electrochemical shaping the blade turbine engines. The developed method is based on the theory of the electric field in the electrochemical cell and takes into account factors that influence the shaping of complex surfaces. It is based on the finite element method with the joint use of ANSYS and FLUENT software and allows you to define the geometry of the blade in a non-uniform removal allowance. The adequacy of the developed method is confirmed by comparing the results o f physical experiments and computer simulation of electrochemical machining (ECM).
