| Abstract: | To date, it becomes especially importanttask of developing resource-saving technologies that reduce manufacturing costs. This paper describes the use o f frozen water in the process of crimping operations and expand billets. The first part is devoted to the use of frozen water as the working fluid. The second part is devoted to energy use o f water during freezing. |
