Abstract

Fm-21 is a vertical take-off and landing plane, that will allow to create an additional niche in the country’s transport traffic. It uses an integrated circuit that consists of profiled bearing «disk + panel”, with a lifting fan located in a disk-like centerwing. This aircraft will allow business transport to descend from one-dimensional space to two-dimensional space and to start midair acclimating of cities and metropolises.
