dc.description.abstract	Technology of the nanofilm coating on the rubber substrate is developed. Elastic-strength, electric and other properties of rubber-like composites are studied. Technology of fabrication of the nanosize film, particularly AbCK-nanofilm on the aluminumsurface, is proposed. Temperature and acceleration voltage dependence of the ion free path in the substrate crystal lattice is investigated.
