Abstract:	We characterize the negative effects of geometric distortion axes of elements articulated valve-pairs on the sealing ability and resource valve seals. The known, and newly developed methods of eliminating the influence of bias on the output characteristics of the valve-saddle pairs and offered detailed classification of these methods.
