dc.description.abstractBefore spraying the wearability coating of the gas turbine engine high-pressure compressor stator has been proposed to realize the laser processing of the Ni-Al alloy sub-layer with intense heating of the processed surface peripheral areas. Tests on joint deformation have shown that the use of laser treatment of a sub-layer provides an opportunity to increase the angle of bending without cracking and flaking of coatings. This indicates a higher coating strength of this type.
