Abstract: The integral blisk with cooled blades for high temperature high-pressure gas turbine has been designed on the basis of a traditional construction for a wheel with blades and disk lock joint. The comparison calculations of these constructions are shown that the integral blisk mass is smaller than traditional wheel mass by 14-18%. The minimal static safety factor of the traditional wheel is smaller than the integral blisk safety factor by 1,5 times.
