In this paper has been analyzed the experimental data for the determining of the laminar methane flame speed. Has been made the validation of chemical kinetic models reactions by experimental data. Guided by the results of previous analyses has been derived a fitting function for the burning velocity as a function of equivalence ratio, temperature, and pressure. This dependence is used for three-dimensional modeling of combustion processes, as well as calculations of engineering techniques.
