dc.description.abstractThis work considers some problems that take place during the manufacturing process of non-flange blade of air compressor. Those blades are used in guide vanes in rear compressor stages. The blade has complicated geometric which defines as a set of points in some sections. The workpiece is a profile bar drawn between two rolls and cuts. The geometry of blade is formed by bending stamps by a hydraulic press. The blades are made of nickel alloys HN50ВMTUB-VI, HN45MVTUBR-ID etc. These alloys have tendency to decrease their plasticity after drawing workpiece through rolls. And that creates difficulties for the forming. Annealing is the most significant way to increase the plasticity of material before forming. But even after annealing we can see spring back effect on the blade even it's not so marked as it will without it. A stamp designer has to create bending forms that allow compensate spring back effect. That’s quite difficult task because the blade has complicated geometric form. In this work has been offered the way to cut the time that a designer spends to create and correct models of bending forms.
