dc.description.abstractHas been investigated the influence of technological factors (arch current, partial pressure of nitrogen) on structure, physicomechanical, tribological properties, and also size of wear of an ion-plasma coating of titanium nitride, applied on regular details as a plug of friction couple "shaft - bearing" of the gas centrifuge K4110. Has been revealed regularities of the above-stated sizes at reduction of parameters of an ion-plasma dusting.
