dc.description.abstractArticle is devoted a new method and the device of cooling of turbine blades of Gas-turbine plants (GTP), Gasturbine engines (GTE), Pumping gas assembly (PGA) and Gas Turbine Converters (GTC) of Space vehicles (SV), based on a physical principle new in given subject domain - the phenomenon of thermionic issue - electron emission by heated metal. Implementation of a method and the device of thermoissue cooling of turbine blades allows to increase simultaneously reliability, durability GTP, GTE, PGA and GTС of SV and thus is essential to raise their EFFICIENCY.
