dc.description.abstractThe work presents a method to increase the adhesion strength of wear-resistant coating that based on titanium carbide and heat-sensitive Ni-Al alloy, which deposited on a substrate of alloy AL4 which is possible with implementation modes that provide high-speed melting of the upper layer of substrate without remelting of all volume of the coating. As the melting temperature of aluminum alloy is much less that the melting point of Ni and TiC, occurs a fusing pores and cracks, takes place the welding of coating and substrate.
