Abstract

Traditionally, the development of domestic aviation science in Russia is inextricably linked to the defense industry and armed forces have been and remain the main initiator of advanced technologies development. Technical equipment of troops, modern models of aircraft and aircraft engines, necessary to ensure the required level of defense, security and technological independence of the state, is a complex multidimensional process, one of the most important element of which are the stages of research and development (R & D).
