Расчет и прогнозирование финансового состояния университета на основе анализа данных

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются данные, влияющие на финансовое состояние университета в текущем экономическом периоде, и правила, определенные Министерством образования и науки Российской Федерации. Предлагается распределенный программный пакет для расчета важных финансовых характеристик с возможностью создания различных прав доступа. Авторы разрабатывают модель для прогнозирования финансового состояния университета. The paper considers data affecting the financial standing of a university in the current economic state and the rules defined by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. A distributed software package is proposed to calculate important financial characteristics, with the possibility of creating different access rights. The authors develop a model for forecasting the financial condition of the university, giving recommendations for different sets of input data.
