“Parents are our presents”. How to use parents’ collaboration in a nursery classroom

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the idea of the joint instruction of the preschool children and their parents, which at present realizes in the center of foreign languages “VIVA!” in Togliatti. The authors give the brief survey of the basic psychological principles, which are used while teaching the preschool children. The extended difficulties, which the teacher of English encounters, some methods of their overcoming through the cooperation of parents, children and teacher are examined in the article. Статья посвящена идее совместного обучения детей дошкольного возраста и их родителей, которая в настоящее время реализуется в Центре иностранных языков «ВИВА!» г. Тольятти. Дан краткий обзор основных психологических принципов, которые используются при обучении детей дошкольного возраста иностранному языку; рассмотрены распространенные трудности, с которыми сталкивается учитель английского языка, а так-же некоторые способы их преодоления через взаимодействие родителей, детей и учителя.
