Аннотация : The object of the study is the company ENDE ANDINA SAM. For comparison reasons, we added two companies to this research: Industrial Society Taunus S.A. and Industrial Rodriguez SRL (enterprises also that belong to the industrial sector of Bolivia).The purpose of this thesis is to determinate the influence of the high-performance human practices systems, which help the company to achieve competitive advantages and obtain higher levels of performance. The thesis is looking forward to the recognition of the importance of the application of human resources systems of practices to increase the competitiveness of the organization and the appreciation of the human value, which are keys for the success of the company.
